This Policy explains how Bhaiyaa collects, uses, stores, transfers and shares information about you when you access services or purchase items on the Bhaiyaa platform.
Bhaiyaa ("Company") is concerned about the privacy of its users (whether registered or unregistered) accessing services or purchasing items on the "Bhaiyaa" platform (including the website, mobile application or any other platform or tool developed by the Company) ("Platform").
The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our" refer to the Company and the terms "You" / "Your" / "Yourself" refer to the users (whether registered or non-registered).
The purpose of this Policy, as amended from time to time, is to give You an understanding on how We intend to collect, process, store, transfer and use the information that You provide to us. This Policy should be at all times read along with the Terms of Use of the Platform.

The Company owns and operates the Platform to inter alia (a) facilitate opening of a digital store and sale and purchase of goods and services between the merchants and their respective end customers digitally through the Store, (b) provide invoice generation and related services to offline stores on boarded by the Company, through the Platform; (c) enable customers to make reservations with merchants or other service providers on boarded by the Company, through the Platform and provide ancillary services in relation to the same; and (d) provide services ancillary and complementary to the foregoing services ("Services").
"Personal Information" is data collected that can be used to uniquely identify or contact You. Personal Information for the purposes of this Policy may include Your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, and e-mail address. In order to avail the Services, You may also be required to upload/share certain documents (for instance, Aadhaar, PAN Card, GST certificate, etc.), on the Platform and/or e-mail the same to the Company. Accordingly, the term "Personal Information" shall also include any such documents uploaded or otherwise provided by You.
Such Personal Information may be collected in various ways including during the course of You availing the Services (including at the time of making payment for the Services and the delivery of the products ordered). We may also receive and/or hold information about Your browsing history including the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the site that You visited prior to visiting the Platform as well as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of Your computer (or the proxy server You used to access the World Wide Web), Your computer operating system and type of web browser You are using as well as the name of Your Internet Service Provider (ISP). The Platform may use temporary cookies to store certain data (that is not Sensitive Personal Data or Information) that is used by Us for the technical administration of the Platform, research and development, and for user administration.

The Company is not responsible for any form of transmission, whatsoever, received by You from any third-party website. Accordingly, the Company does not make any representations concerning the privacy practices or policies of such third parties or terms of use of such third-party websites, nor does the Company control or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, messages or other materials available on such third-party websites. The inclusion or exclusion does not imply any endorsement by the Company of the third-party websites, the website's provider, or the information on the website. The Personal Information provided by You to such third-party websites shall be governed in accordance with the privacy policies of such third-party websites and it is recommended that You review the privacy policy of such third-party websites prior to using such websites.

All the information provided to the Company by You, including Personal Information, is voluntary. You have the right to withdraw his/her/its consent at any time, in accordance with the terms of this Policy and the Terms of Use, but please note that withdrawal of consent will not be retrospective.
Any Personal Information collected or processed in accordance with this Policy will be collected by Us, and retained on our behalf either by Us or with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Company will retain your Personal Information for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and for any longer period thereafter in order to comply with applicable law. We may retain non-personally identifiable data indefinitely or to the extent allowed by applicable law.
